Biography

Garrett D. Lee has obtained substantial compensation for victims of injury through settlements and jury trial verdicts.

Garrett D. Lee is co-managing partner of Morgan & Morgan’s Boston office. He joined the firm in 2020 to start the Boston office and concentrates his practice on representing permanently injured people in lawsuits concerning catastrophic motor vehicle accidents, bicycle accidents, trucking accidents, wrongful death and premises liability.

Garrett also serves as a Commissioner for the Massachusetts Judicial Nominating Commission.

Garrett has obtained substantial compensation for victims of injury through settlements and jury trial verdicts. He has a winning record trying cases in the Superior Court, District Court, and Housing Courts in Massachusetts. He has also resolved dozens of cases at mediation and through arbitration decisions.

Garrett is the author of “Preparation of a Plaintiff’s Case” for the Massachusetts Continuing Legal Education Tort Law Manual. He is very involved with the legal community and has held leadership positions at the Boston Bar Association, Asian American Lawyers Association of Massachusetts, Northeastern University School of Law Alumni Board of Directors, and the Joint Bar Committee.

Garrett was raised in Weston, Massachusetts, and currently resides in Belmont with his wife, daughter, and son.
