Mr. Leuchtman was a partner with Beggs & Lane, RLLP for approximately 31 years prior to leaving to open the Law Office of Gary B. Leuchtman PLLC in January 2014. Mr Leuchtman is Board Certified by the Florida Bar in Wills, Trusts & Estates. He served on the Wills, Trust & Estates Certification Committee of the Florida Bar for 12 years (having chaired that committee in 2001-2002 and again in 2009-2010).


He also served 12 years as a member of the Probate Rules Committee of the Florida Bar (chairing the General Rules Subcommittee for most of those years). Mr. Leuchtman provides personal client service and has developed one of the most sophisticated and experienced estate planning practices in Northwest Florida.


He provides representation in all matters related in this area, including Wills, Trusts, Probate, Estate and Trust Administration, Estate and Trust Litigation, Asset Protection, Taxes, Business Planning, Charitable Planning and Exempt Organization representation.
