Gary L. Bridgman

Gary is a versatile and creative attorney, with practice in the Massachusetts Courts and Federal Tax Court. His diverse practice includes the representation in Probate Court of individuals in estate matters, matters of divorce; in Superior and District Court in matters of negligence, professional malpractice, commercial leasing, deceptive trade practices, and claims against insurance companies. Previously a CPA, his firm maintains a significant interstate “compliance” practice, preparing income and estate returns and representing clients with regards to inquiries from the various governmental authorities and with regards to offers in settlement/compromise and installment agreements (i.e. payment plans). Whether in compliance or litigation, he is committed to maintaining a high level of communication, and to that end, Gary manages the relationship with transparency so the clients can see that their interests are served at every stage of the process.
