Biography

Gary S. Stanislawski is a shareholder of Zilske Law Firm, S.C. He received both his B.A. and J.D. degrees from Marquette University where he was a member of Marquette’s national moot court team. Mr. Stanislawski’s practice is specialized in defending worker’s compensation claims on both a trial and appellate basis and advising clients on related insurance issues.

Mr. Stanislawski is listed in Best Lawyers in America. He lectures publicly on worker’s compensation law and as well provides educational presentations to our clients. He is co-author of the worker’s compensation chapter in Law of Damages, a respected State Bar of Wisconsin reference publication.

Mr. Stanislawski is member of the Defense Research Institute, The State Bar of Wisconsin, and the American Bar Association. Mr. Stanislawski is a permanent member of the Board of Directors of the Wisconsin Worker’s Compensation Forum, a non-profit corporation providing educational programming to the workers compensation community in Wisconsin.
