Biography

Gavin Loughlin is the Co-Chair of the Miami Real Estate Practice. He represents private equity firms, non-traded REITs, hedge funds, pension funds and real estate developers on matters throughout the United States. He advises clients on a broad range of real estate and financing transactions that span asset classes. He has significant experience in complex transactions, including distressed situations involving debt restructurings, workouts, foreclosures, and other enforcement actions.
