Gavin Phillip Kassel

Gavin P. Kassel leads the employment law division of McCune Law Group after 12 years of extensive plaintiff’s litigation experience in employment law with a focus on wrongful termination, wage and hour disputes, discrimination claims, PAGA claims, and class action lawsuits.

Mr. Kassel joining McCune Law Group merged a rich legacy of practicing in his family’s law firm, Sanford A. Kassel, A Professional Law Corporation, with McCune Law Group’s rising status as a widely respected name in consumer and plaintiff litigation in California and beyond. After graduating from University of West Los Angeles School of Law and being admitted to the CA State Bar in 2012, Mr. Kassel joined his family’s law practice which spanned three generations of attorneys, including a grandfather who served as a San Bernardino Superior Court Judge for over 20 years, including many of those years as the Presiding Judge for San Bernardino County. Already well-known for their commitment to justice in the Inland Empire, Mr. Kassel’s dedication to employment law not only led to substantial victories for his clients but also contributed significantly to the growth and success of the firm’s distinguished practice.
