Biography

Gavin is an attorney in our Bismarck office practicing labor and employment law, and general civil litigation.

In his labor and employment law practice, Gavin has experience litigating a variety of labor disputes before the National Labor Relations Board and arbitrators. Gavin also provides advice and counsel to employers with a unionized workforce on labor and employment questions.

Gavin graduated summa cum laude from North Dakota State University in 2020 as a double major in history and philosophy. Gavin then went on to graduate cum laude from the University of North Dakota School of Law in 2023. While in law school, Gavin served as the Academic Success Teaching Assistant and as the vice-magister of Phi-Delta-Phi legal honor society.

Gavin is a native of Bismarck and graduated from Bismarck High School. Gavin and his wife reside in Bismarck with their two children. In the winter months, Gavin helps coach the boys Century High School hockey team. In his spare time, Gavin enjoys playing golf, spending time with his family, and watching sports.
