Biography

Genevieve was born in New York, but was raised in Las Vegas, Nevada since a young age. She attended Advanced Technologies Academy (A-Tech), where she began to pursue her career in law, taking college credits as early as ninth grade. Thereafter she pursued her Bachelor’s degree in political science at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. Through high school and her undergraduate studies, Genevieve worked for a local construction company, which taught her many useful office skills and also the value of working hard at a young age. After graduating from UNLV, Genevieve pursed her law degree at William S. Boyd School of Law at UNLV . Genevieve began working in personal injury while still in law school. Genevieve ultimately graduated from law school in 2013, cum laude.

Since graduating, Genevieve has worked exclusively in Personal injury law handling both personal injury claims cases and managing a full litigation case load, including trials, arbitrations, hearings, and depositions. Genevieve loves helping her clients and finds a passion in doing so. Genevieve has been recognized as a Top 40 under 40 Trial attorney for Plaintiff attorneys in Nevada for 2021 and 2022 as well as a Super Lawyer in 2021.

When she is not fighting for her clients, Genevieve enjoys spending time with her family and dogs, as well as watching sports.
