Attorney Genna K. Appledorf is a member of Breuer Law, PLLC, in Boca Raton, Florida. Throughout her legal career Mrs. Appledorf has focused her practice on representing debtors, creditors and trustees in Chapters 7, 11 and 13 of the Bankruptcy Code and all Bankruptcy Litigation and Reorganizations’. She also has experience in first party insurance claims, estate planning, & worker’s compensation matters, as well as continuing to dedicate her time advocating for the rights of individuals and consumers throughout the state of Florida.
Mrs. Appledorf graduated cum laude in 2011 from the University of Central Florida located in Orlando, FL, with two bachelor’s degrees: in political science & psychology. She received her Juris Doctor from Nova Southeastern University Shepard Broad College of Law and has been licensed to practice law in Florida since 2014. She is also admitted before the U.S. District Courts for the Middle and Southern Districts of Florida as well as the bankruptcy courts for the Middle and Southern Districts of Florida.
While attending undergraduate school, Mrs. Appledorf interned for a member of Congress and dedicated time working as the Secretary of the Psychological Society wherein she helped organize charity events, monthly lectures with experienced specialists within the field of psychology & psychiatry, and maintained the Society’s office & members. During her time in law school, Mrs. Appledorf gained valuable legal experience through an internship at Legal Aid in Broward County, as well as being employed as a law clerk in the Florida and multi-state private law firm environment throughout the entirety of her attendance in law school.
Mrs. Appledorf strives to advocate for the people and make a positive impact on society. She is a member of the American Bankruptcy Institute and continues to provide pro bono and “low bono” legal services to those in need; her experience beginning during her time volunteering at Legal Aid while in law school and continuing throughout her years of practice as an attorney.
