Geoff Pope has spent over three decades navigating the complexities of medical negligence and catastrophic injury law. A 1993 cum laude graduate of the University of Georgia School of Law, Geoff didn’t start his career on the plaintiff’s side. He actually began by defending healthcare providers and large corporations. This early experience was pivotal; it gave him a "behind-the-curtain" look at how insurance companies and institutions build their defenses. Since 2000, he has used that insider knowledge exclusively to help individuals and families seek justice.Beyond the courtroom, Geoff is a recognized leader in the legal community. He has served as president of both the Georgia Trial Lawyers Association and the American Board of Trial Advocates. His peers respect him so much that he’s often called to testify before the Georgia General Assembly on critical legal issues. He also shares his expertise as an adjunct professor at Emory University School of Law. Despite his busy practice, Geoff stays grounded by volunteering with truant high school students in Atlanta, believing everyone deserves a second chance. For Geoff, practicing law isn't just about winning cases—it’s about offering personalized, relentless support to people during their most difficult moments. He knows the tactics the other side will use, and he knows exactly how to counter them.
