Geoffrey A. Cohn focuses his practice on transactional entertainment, media and intellectual property matters, including the representation of independent motion picture and scripted and unscripted television production companies, print and digital media companies, independent producers, showrunners, writers, directors, artists and on-screen talent in connection with all aspects of development, production, distribution, promotion and exploitation of motion picture, television and new media projects. Geoff also has experience as production counsel for motion pictures and television, having drafted and negotiated agreements on behalf of production entities with above and below-the-line talent.
