Geoffrey Lutz is a Partner in the Miami office of Resnick & Louis, P.C. who practices in the areas of construction defect litigation, premises liability, automobile liability, first party property litigation, coverage, bad faith, subrogation, public entity defense, bodily injury defense, real estate, and other complex litigation. Geoffrey has handled massive multiparty litigation cases concerning complex litigation matters from construction defect to mass tort product liability. He has represented individuals and companies of various sizes.Geoffrey swam and attended the Bolles School locally in Jacksonville. He then attended Yale University where he was a varsity swimmer. Finally, he attended The Levin School of Law at University of Florida, from where he graduated Cum Laude.Geoffrey is licensed to practice law in all Florida state courts, the U.S. District Court of Florida for the Middle District and the Northern District.
