Biography

Geoff has a successful career practicing law in both large and mid-size, civil litigation law firms and sole practice in the areas of commercial litigation, collections, and creditors’ rights where he regularly appears in courts in Kansas and Missouri. His legal experience has taught him the importance of establishing and maintaining good relationships with court personnel and judges, even in the face of heatedly adversarial proceedings where an opposing attorney had an interest in negatively depicting him or his clients.

Geoff has a reputation for having patience, attention to detail, openness to the concern of others, effective communication and a focus on positive outcomes for his clients. He has been a member in good standing with the State Bar of Missouri since 1989 and the State Bar of Kansas since 1990.
