George C. Constant

  George Constant is a trusts and estates attorney who focuses on helping individuals, families and business owners plan for everything they own and everyone they love. He excels in explaining complex and confusing legal issues to clients so that they can ultimately make the best decisions for themselves and their families.  George guides his client in creating plans that not only protect and preserve their assets for their loves ones, but also pass on their values and life lessons as part of a comprehensive legacy.    George is an adjunct professor at Salem State College, teaching estate planning in the Graduate Certificate Program in Financial Planning.  He is a frequently requested lecturer for private industry, community groups and charitable organizations, and has been featured as an estate planning expert on financial radio programs.    George holds a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in Taxation from Boston University School of Law, and a Juris Doctorate from New England School of Law. He received his Bachelor of Arts Degree from Skidmore College, where years later he proudly served as a Director on the Alumni Board. Prior to starting his own practice, George was associated with a downtown Boston Trusts & Estates firm, where he represented high-net-worth families and their businesses. George has also served as a consultant to both local and internationally renowned charitable organizations seeking to advance their missions through charitable gift planning.
