Biography

George Hebert is a partner with the firm with over 13 years of experience successfully representing clients in high exposure and complex matters from the pre-suit investigation phase through jury trial in diverse areas of law ranging from product liability claims, automobile and commercial truck accidents, premises liability as well as insurance coverage disputes and medical malpractice. A keen negotiator, Mr. Hebert takes pride in finding creative solutions and swift results without the unnecessary cost and expense of protracted litigation. Though always working towards the quickest possible solution for his clients, Mr. Hebert is also prepared to see cases to the very end and has tried numerous cases to verdict, with exceptional results.

Mr. Hebert is admitted to practice in all Florida state courts as well the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida. He is a member of the Palm Beach Bar Association and a past member of the American Inns of Court. A father of two children, he is also active with the Jupiter Tequesta Athletic Association and coaches youth lacrosse in his spare time.
