George Hlapatsos, Jr

Mr. Hlapatsos is the law secretary to the chief administrative judge of the criminal courts in the 9th Judicial District. As such he is very involved in plea negotiations on serious felony matters. In that capacity he has shown considerable knowledge and sensitivity to the issues that typically arise in those cases. Previously, the judge for whom he works was sitting in a felony trial part and Mr. Hlapatsos was considered a very good counselor to that judge. Read less
