Biography

Ms. Pham is a graduate of the University of Delaware and a longtime resident of the state. Following law school at The George Washington University in 2012, she returned to Delaware to clerk for the late Honorable Robert B. Young, of the Delaware Superior Court. During law school, Ms. Pham served as a teaching assistant for undergraduate courses, engaged in independent legal writing studies, and was involved with the Project for Older Prisoners. Throughout her career, Ms. Pham has participated in University of Delaware sponsored mentoring programs for students interested in pursuing legal careers and is active in alumni communities.

After spending time representing whistleblowers and plaintiffs in suits involving corporate wrongdoing across multiple states, Ms. Pham joined the Delaware Department of Justice in 2016 as a prosecutor in the Traffic Safety Resources Program. The beginning of her career involved the prosecution of various traffic offenses, including handling thousands of DUIs and traffic cases many of which involved injuries or an understanding of the reconstruction of accidents. She then spent approximately six years prosecuting serious felony cases in both Delaware and Virginia. This work involved advocating for victims of murders, gun violence, and serious assaults. She has successfully tried jury cases in all three counties and takes extreme pride in advocating for the people of Delaware, especially those who are often overlooked, underserved, or injured.

Prior to joining Morgan & Morgan, Ms. Pham previously worked at a regional defense law firm where she represented insurance companies handling general and premises liability cases, trucking and auto related matters, and medical malpractice litigation.

When not advocating for clients, she enjoys spending time with her husband (also a UD graduate) and two small children, hiking in Delaware's local state parks, and reading.

Ms. Pham is also admitted in Pennsylvania and Virginia.
