Biography

Georgia Tsignopoulos is a member of the Restructuring & Bankruptcy Practice in Greenberg Traurig’s New York office. She focuses her practice on corporate insolvency and restructuring, where she advises financial institutions, distressed investors, creditors, and high net-worth individuals involved in complex Chapter 11 cases. Prior to joining the firm, Georgia clerked for the Honorable Robert E. Grossman at the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern District of New York. In addition, Georgia has experience advising clients in the European Union in real estate and corporate matters.
