Biography

GERARD C. FOSCO, an Associate with the Firm, focuses his practice on litigation primarily involving the defense of personal injury, property damage, and insurance coverage lawsuits and claims. Gerard has extensive experience in the areas of vehicular negligence including uninsured and underinsured motorist liability, construction negligence, nursing home negligence, water damage and water trespass, premises liability, animal control liability, product liability including asbestos litigation, and general negligence.

Gerard has tried several cases to verdict, and has argued appeals at the State Court level, before the United States Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit, and the Illinois Supreme Court. Gerard has also presented seminars to insurance company personnel regarding uninsured and underinsured motorist coverage and claim defense.

Gerard is admitted to practice in the State of Illinois, the United States District Court for the Northern District of Illinois, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit.
