Biography

Gerard Gaughan didn’t decide to concentrate on personal injury law until his last year of law school, when a close family member was injured due to negligence. The injury and lawsuit gave Gerard a personal mission he still holds: Even though an attorney may have dozens of cases, each one is the most important thing in the client’s life.

Gerard is from Lackawanna County and attended Scranton Preparatory School before earning his law degree from Penn State’s Dickinson School of Law. He proudly serves his community as a volunteer coordinator for the Luzerne County Mock Trial
