Mr. Estrada focuses on estate planning, elder law, and closely related practice areas. His approach to the practice of law begins with the very basic idea that family is your most important asset. The reason why most people consider any type of planning is because they have a desire to make things easier, whether emotionally or financially, for their family members.

He derives a great deal of personal and professional satisfaction from serving as a trusted advisor to his clients. He takes the time to get to know his clients personally, explain all their planning options, and make sure that they understand the plan he creates for them.

The Importance Of Family

Mr. Estrada was fortunate to grow up in an extended family, one that included four living generations and varied cultures. This allowed him to see the many challenges inherent in issues like aging or divorce. When his great-grandmother began experiencing early signs of Alzheimer's, his family struggled with striking a balance between preserving her independence, protecting her physical well-being, and finding the care she needed. In short, Mr. Estrada knows first hand the importance of long-term care planning and estate planning, as well as the emotions families face when trying to make difficult decisions.
