Biography

Giancarlo Rivera joined Moran Kidd in July of 2021 as an Associate. His practice is focused on representing employers and insurance carriers in workers’ compensation claims.Prior to joining Moran Kidd, Giancarlo gained litigation experience as a certified legal intern for Florida A&M University College of Law’s Criminal Defense Clinic. He has also served as an Associate in the practice areas of Workers’ Compensation, Bankruptcy, Probate, and Foreclosure Defense throughout Central Florida. While enrolled at Florida A&M University College of Law, Giancarlo earned the highest grade distinction in Evidence and Civil Procedure. He graduated in the top 10 of his class and achieved the Dean’s List distinction.During law school, Giancarlo was a member of ACLU and the law school’s Hispanic American Law Student Association.
