Gianfranco Sotomayor brings a rich, multicultural perspective to his role as a litigation associate at Cheney Galluzzi & Howard. Originally from Mexico City, he has spent the last two decades building a life and a career in Colorado. A proud alumnus of the University of Colorado Boulder, Gianfranco holds degrees in Law, Political Science, and International Affairs. Over thirteen years, he has cultivated deep expertise in personal injury, immigration, workers’ compensation, and criminal law. His professional journey also includes meaningful public service with the Colorado Court of Appeals and the 20th Judicial District Attorney’s Office. These experiences fueled his passion for equity and access to justice, particularly for underrepresented populations. Gianfranco takes great pride in offering bilingual and bicultural representation, ensuring that every client feels heard and understood. He believes that legal advocacy should be as unique as the individuals it serves. When he isn’t fighting for his clients’ rights, Gianfranco embraces a vibrant personal life.
