Biography

Gianmarco Fabiano was called to the Ontario bar in 2016. He graduated from Western University with an Honours B.A. in 2012 and obtained his J.D. from the University of Ottawa in 2015. Prior to joining Share Lawyers in 2019, Gianmarco gained extensive litigation experience primarily in the areas of personal injury and employment law. Gianmarco has successfully represented clients before the Ontario Superior Court, Financial Services Commission, and the Social Security Tribunal of Canada. At Share Lawyers, Gianmarco continues his ongoing commitment to best represent his clients when their claim has been denied and protect their rights against insurance companies. Gianmarco’s role on the Share Lawyers team includes conducting discoveries, mediations and settlement negotiations.

When he’s not working, Gianmarco is standing between the pipes on the ice as a goalie and always dreamed of playing for the Toronto Maple Leafs.
