Biography

Gianna Nascarella Morgado is an Associate in the firm's Tampa office. She obtained her Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Central Florida, where she majored in Legal Studies. Upon graduation, she earned her Juris Doctor at Barry University School of Law, where she served as the Vice Chief Justice of the Moot Court Honors Board and Lead Articles Editor of the Child and Family Law Journal. In addition, Ms. Morgado was a Dean's fellow for both Criminal Procedure and Legal Research and Writing, and Research Assistant for Securities Regulations, Constitutional Law, and Criminal Procedure. She also received the highest-grade distinction in Legal Research and Writing and Alternative Dispute Resolution.

Prior to joining Cole, Scott, & Kissane, Mr. Morgado worked as a Law Clerk for In-House Counsel of State Farm Insurance Company, where she focused on PIP and General Liability cases.
