Gideon Irving: Attorney with Levin Sitcoff PC

Biography

Gideon Irving’s practice focuses on representing plaintiffs in insurance disputes, personal injury litigation, and civil rights cases. He recognizes that a legal problem can affect every area of a person’s life, and he cares about treating his clients as more than just their immediate legal issues. While growing up in Denver, Gideon always cared about helping people but never planned to become a lawyer. After college he first worked in shelters for homeless youth, and then as an Outward Bound instructor and ski patroller. Becoming an attorney has allowed him to combine his inquisitive, nerdy side with his passion for helping people in crisis.Gideon attended law school at the University of Denver Sturm College of Law, where he founded the DU Law Outdoor Club, served as vice-president of the Student Bar Association, and graduated in the top 6% of his class.Prior to joining Levin Sitcoff Waneka, Gideon served as a judicial law clerk to Chief Judge Michael A. Martinez in the Denver District Court and to Judge Joseph G. Rosania, Jr. in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Colorado.Outside of work you will find Gideon skiing or rock climbing, reading fiction, or adventuring with his partner, Colleen, and their dog Huckleberry.
