Gilad Eshed is a member in the firm’s Commercial Department. Gilad deals with a variety of commercial law practices, specializing in infrastructure development, project finance and energy and natural resources.

Gilad represents some of the most prominent groups in Israel which participate in large scale tenders and advises local and international clients, including entrepreneurs and financial institutions, in the financing, construction, operation and maintenance of high profile BOT/BOO/PFI infrastructure projects.

In addition, Gilad is experienced in advising clients in connection with the energy field, with particular emphasis on electricity generation and he has advised on a number of power plants projects.
