Ms. Zippilli-Matero has been a litigator for over 20 years and her practice, and client base, is diverse. She represents small and large businesses in a variety of matters including construction litigation; intellectual property; tort and mass tort defense. She has worked with builders, architects and engineers and has appeared before numerous planning and zoning boards. Ms. Zippilli also represents insurance companies in first-party disputes as well as their insureds in third-party actions. In her earlier years, Ms. Zippilli focused her practice on professional liability. She is admitted to practice law in New Jersey and Pennsylvania, the U.S. District Court, District of New Jersey, the U.S. District Court, Eastern District of Pennsylvania and the U.S. Court of Appeals, 3rd Circuit.

Ms. Zippilli-Matero is a member of the Burlington County Bar Association, the National Retail and Restaurant Defense Association (NRRDA), National Association of Professional Women, the New Jersey State Bar Association, Mercer County Bar Association, Pennsylvania and Philadelphia Bar Association.
Ms. Zippilli has published articles in New Jersey Construction & Design Law - the New Jersey Supreme Court Awakens the Construction Industry, a legal analysis of the Town of Kearny v. Louis F. Brandt and its impact on design professionals and in the State-by-State Guide to Construction & Design Law: Current Statutes and Practices, American Bar Association, Section of Real Property. Ms. Zippilli has lectured at many speaking engagements over the course of her career and has traveled intrastate to give lectures on PIP litigation for carriers in New Jersey, Pennsylvania and New York.
She is also a Chaplain for disaster relief certified through Billy Graham Ministries. In her earlier years, she was a behavioral counselor for children with autism.
