Biography

Gina-Marie LoBraico-Reitano, Esq. is a seasoned elder law attorney who brings more than three decades of experience to her practice. A graduate of St. John’s University and Hofstra University School of Law, where she served as a law review editor, Ms. Reitano was admitted to the bar in 1986 after completing her legal studies at the age of 22. Highly respected in her field, she is frequently consulted by colleagues for her expert guidance and has an impressive record of courtroom success, particularly in trial and guardianship matters. Ms. Reitano has been recognized as an expert in guardianship by various New York Supreme Courts. In addition to her legal practice, she has held an academic role as a professor at St. John’s University and remains active in appellate advocacy, community service, and professional boards. Her interests outside the practice of law include animal welfare and literature.
