Giorgio’s practice focuses on restructuring, work-outs and insolvency matters, both in-court and out-of-court, as well as assistance to creditors, board of directors in distressed and quasi-distressed situations, and assistance on distressed M&A transactions, as well as insolvency proceedings and related litigations.
