Since the inception of Giovanni's legal career, his focus career has been in litigation. Giovanni is known as a fierce litigator amongst his colleagues with a strong knowledge of the law and an unmatched willingness to outwork his opposition.
During law school Giovanni served as Editor-in-Chief of the esteemed Western State Law Review, served as a Dean’s Fellow and also received a Witkin Award of Academic Excellence in Federal Income Taxation. In addition to his academic accomplishments, Giovanni also clerked for the Honorable Judge Deidre Hill in the unlimited civil division of the Stanley Mosk Courthouse, gaining immeasurable insight on how judges view and assess a case. As an undergraduate, Giovanni received a double major bachelor’s degree in political science and communications with an emphasis in argumentation and debate from Loyola Marymount University.
After law school, Giovanni has worked directly with families to resolve their estate planning issues. Giovanni has experience in practicing in all three stages of estate planning which are: (1) drafting, (2) administration, and (3) litigation. Giovanni was originally inspired to practice estate planning to assist first-time home buyers and minorities achieve generational wealth. Giovanni wants to disprove the stigma that to help minorities with their legal affairs, one must work in either immigration or criminal defense. However, after working as a tax preparer for over a decade, Giovanni has realized that his skillset can be best utilized by helping families preserve their assets and be able to pass them down for the generation to come. Mr. Falcon truly believe that the only thing that separates ordinary families and ultra-high-net worth families from Beverly Hills is access to information. After careful planning and zealous representation, Giovanni hopes to help his client achieve generational wealth for their families.
When Giovanni is not in court, he is either keeping busy by spending time his wife and golden retriever, running, traveling, playing soccer, and watching mma/boxing.
