Gisselle Alejandra Martinez

Gisselle Martinez received her undergraduate degree from the University of Florida in Economics and Political Science. She graduated cum laude from the University Of Florida Levin College Of Law. While she was in law school, Gisselle interned at the Immigration Legal Services Clinic at Yale Law School where she represented clients in various asylum cases. Gisselle also participated in the Intimate Partner Violence Assistance Clinic at the University of Florida where she represented victims of domestic violence by filing injunctions in family court and preparing U-Visas and VAWA applications for immigrant victims.

Since her graduation, Gisselle has worked in different areas of immigration law. She has represented clients in various immigration cases in front of the Immigration Court as well as USCIS. She has worked closely with DHS Office of the Chief Counsel and ICE. Gisselle has also worked for a non-profit organization representing detained unaccompanied minors in removal proceedings. Her practice is limited to immigration and nationality law.

Gisselle was born in Colombia and is a native Spanish speaker.
