Biography

Glen A. Plotsky is the senior partner in the firm, holding licenses to practice in New York and Connecticut. A former Orange County Assistant District Attorney, Glen has developed a sizable practice focusing on Criminal Defense, DWI, Matrimonial (Divorce) and Family Law including Custody, Support and Family Offense proceedings as well as Landlord representation. Supplementing those practice areas with Estate and Surrogate Court representation, Guardianships, (Glen is on the Fiduciary Lists in both Orange and Sullivan Counties), Wills, Adoptions, Real Estate, and Municipal Law along with other matters, Glen’s diverse practice assists him in all aspects of dispute resolution and avoidance, where possible. At the same time, his dedication to the improvement of the legal and general community keeps him involved in numerous activities and associations.
