Biography

Glenn Gaver was born in St. Louis, Missouri in 1975 and moved to Tampa, Florida in 1983. He received his Bachelor’s degree from the University of South Florida in 2000 and graduated from Florida Coastal School of Law in 2009. Prior to attending law school, Mr. Gaver was a High School English Teacher in Duval County, Florida. While attending Florida Coast School of Law, he was a member of the Mock Trial Team and competed in multiple trial competitions while also working as a law clerk at a local boutique personal injury firm.

After graduating law school, Mr. Gaver joined the above referenced law firm as an Associate Attorney focused on handling Personal Injury Protection, auto negligence, wrongful death, and premise liability suits. After several years working as a plaintiff’s counsel, he opted to join Cole, Scott & Kissane, a local insurance defense firm, where he defended insurance companies in auto accident cases, wrongful death, slip and falls, PIP, and first-party cases. From his time spent on representing victims of accidents and also defending insurance companies, Mr. Gaver has learned the intricacies of successfully prosecuting his client’s cases to positive resolutions.
