Biography

Glenn Germany is a member of Robinson & Henry’s general litigation practice, focusing on contract disputes, homeowners’ association litigation, and other complex legal matters. Before joining R&H, he handled commercial cases involving partner disagreements, trade secrets, and non-compete agreements. His background also spans military law, insurance bad-faith claims, and employment disputes. Glenn served as a Judge Advocate in the U.S. Air Force in Colorado and Mississippi, where he led a team advising commanders on civil claims against the Department of Defense and oversaw investigations in compliance, privacy, and financial regulations. Earlier in his career, as a California deputy district attorney, he prosecuted criminal and juvenile matters from trial through appeal.

Glenn was also the lead counsel for countless courts-martial and discharge boards.

Before representing the U.S. Air Force, Glenn was a California deputy district attorney who handled criminal complaints and juvenile delinquency matters, from charges to appeals.

Successfully defended action against teenager at fault in car accident by using applicable case law to negotiate reduced settlement to 12 percent of original demand.

Defended U.S. Air Force interests in property dispute, saving the government $2 million in contentious contract dispute.

Negotiated more favorable repayment terms for active duty servicemember trapped in predatory loan agreement.

Obtained full dismissal of liability suit against small business in premises liability claim, obtaining admission from plaintiff during deposition that client had no responsibility over the area where the injury occurred.
