Biography

The Edelsteins and Mr. Brown are known by the company they keep and there is nobody with more talent and integrity than Glenn Faegenburg.

Smart, energetic, honest, caring and persistent are qualities consistently attributed to Glenn Faegenburg by clients, judges, jurors and colleagues alike. Glenn is one of those rare attorneys that’s able to “cut to the chase”, without the bluster, fanfare and puffery too often associated with trial lawyers. Ivy League educated, but not some “white shoe” stick-in the-mud, he has dedicated his life to helping injured people get the justice they deserve. “My first exposure to the legal system was when I was a junior in high school and was a participant in a Moot Court Competition. I cross-examined a witness and it was one of the biggest thrills of my life. I knew at age 16 that this was my calling, that this was what I wanted to do for the rest of my life! 28 years later I still get the same thrill when I’m on trial.”

His love of the law has translated into success story after success story for his clients. He has obtained millions of dollars from tight fisted insurance companies in his quest to get what is fair and just for the injured people he represents. “I’m not unreasonable when I am negotiating with my adversaries, but if they are unreasonable in negotiating with me I will do everything in my power to punish them for trying to take advantage of one of my clients.”

Glenn is hard on his adversaries but gentle with his clients. He understands that a client who has been injured needs attention, concern, and respect. “There are times when I’m in court and see a lawyer yelling at a client, trying to boss his/her client around. That is completely unacceptable. Your lawyer should be fighting for you, not fighting with you. I am honored when a client retains me and understand that I am working for the client and not vice versa.”

In the crowded world of personal injury attorneys, Mr. Faegenburg’s stellar reputation and exceptional results put him well ahead of the pack.
