WORKERS' COMPENSATION / CIVIL LITIGATION:

A substantial portion of Mr. Morgan's practice consists of representing insured individuals, institutions and employers in defense of lawsuits. He has successfully tried numerous cases to jury verdict over the past 45 years. Mr. Morgan also has experience in workers' compensation matters representing employers and their insurance carriers before the Vermont Department of Labor and Industry and the civil courts. Mr. Morgan has been recognized by the "Best Lawyers in America" in the Workers' Compensation category.

Mr. Morgan has received Martindale-Hubbell, Inc.'s highest "AV" rating.
