Grace Ann Azar is an associate at Starnes Davis Florie and serves on the firm’s Recruiting Committee. Her practice is devoted to Labor & Employment and Commercial Litigation. Grace Ann regularly deals with Title VII, the Americans with Disabilities Act, the Age Discrimination in Employment Act, the Fair Labor Standards Act, the Family Medical Leave Act, the Pregnant Workers Fairness Act, and state non-competition laws. She represents both public and private employers in labor and employment litigation in state and federal courts, as well as before administrative agencies.

Prevailed before the Alabama Supreme Court in a non-compete dispute between two federal government contractors, securing affirmation of the trial court’s dismissal of all claims against our clients after nearly three years of litigation.
Obtained a defense verdict on behalf of an oncology clinic in a labor & employment trial in Jefferson County.
