Grace Venit focuses her practice on corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, and matters involving Delaware corporate law. Drawing on her knowledge of the Delaware General Corporation Law, she advises public and private companies on a broad range of corporate governance matters, as well as mergers and acquisitions, asset sales, recapitalizations, financing transactions, dissolutions, liquidations, and other statutory matters.
