Biography

Grace Cousins is a litigation attorney, maintaining a civil litigation and arbitration practice defending both individuals and corporations in state and federal actions. Grace’s practice focuses primarily on defending claims for premises liability, commercial automobile accidents, products liability, construction defect, and industrial accidents involving property damages, personal injury, and wrongful death.

Grace believes that her client’s success in the boardroom depends on her abilities in the courtroom. Grace navigates and solves the myriad intractable problems that attach to high-stakes litigation either through thoughtful discovery work, strong motions practice, or through an eventual jury trial. She prides herself on her professionalism, dedication, and creativity in representing her clients and obtaining the most favorable outcome for them.

Outside the courtroom, Grace spends her time working with a national German Shepherd Dog rescue, putting on cat shows with Generations Cat Club, training her dogs, and competing around the country with her paint horses.
