As Managing Partner of WSHB’s Portland office and a Partner in the firm’s Ontario office, Graham Miller delivers seasoned trial and litigation counsel to clients across a diverse array of industries. His expertise encompasses complex commercial, business, and financial disputes, as well as professional liability, employment, catastrophic injury, transportation, railroad, and construction litigation. Graham is particularly noted for his extensive representation of public entities in high-stakes matters. Known for his command of every phase of the litigation process, he consistently achieves favorable outcomes for clients at depositions, mediations, arbitrations, and trials.
Building on his broad litigation practice, he also serves as National Managing Coordinating Counsel for several hospitality companies, overseeing risk and reputation management as well as litigation relating to allegations of sex trafficking and assault.
Graham earned degrees in International Business and German from the University of La Verne, where he was also a member of the Varsity Basketball and Water Polo teams. After graduation, he continued his athletic pursuits overseas before returning to attend the University of La Verne College of Law, graduating cum laude .
When he is not actively defending one of his clients, Graham can be found skiing, mountain biking or surfing on any given weekend all throughout the Oregon area.
