Graham T. Musynske

Prior to joining MCB, Graham was counsel for regulatory affairs and legal compliance for an insurance company specializing in medical professional liability coverage. Before that, he was a senior associate attorney at a full service law firm in the New York area. There, his specialty was defending hospitals, health care systems, nursing homes, and individual health care practitioners against a broad variety of medical malpractice claims. Specific responsibilities included legal research; drafting legal documents such as pleadings, discovery demands, motions, expert witness disclosures, and reports; conducting depositions; and providing litigation support for the firm’s partners. He also developed defense strategies for assigned cases and advised clients throughout the duration of those cases. Additionally, Graham supervised and mentored the firm’s junior associates, helping them to prioritize workload and editing their written products prior to submission.

Earlier in his career, Graham gained additional legal experience as an associate attorney at two law firms in the New York area, representing and defending both hospitals and individual practitioners against medical malpractice claims. In law school, he was a regulatory and legal extern/intern for a Long Island based Fortune 500 company, which specialized in the distribution of health care products and medical devices.

Attorneys receiving this honor are recognized by their peers early in their careers for outstanding professional excellence. He earned his B.A. from the The George Washington University in 2006 and received his J.D. from the Hofstra University School of Law in 2010. He is admitted to practice in New York and the United States District Courts for the Eastern and Southern Districts of New York.
