Biography

Gregg Gallian is a former prosecutor who now exclusively fights for clients facing federal and state criminal allegations. These allegations range from federal violations of wire fraud, health care fraud, and drug conspiracies to state offenses of murder, family violence matters, and everything in between.

Gregg Gallian started Gallian Firm in 2019. Gallian has tried more than 50 cases to a jury and has obtained hundreds of dismissals in state and federal courts. His personality is infectious, and his laugh is loud and booming. But, when it comes to his clients and fighting for them, Gallian is all business.
