Biography

Greg Bentley is a civil trial lawyer who represents clients in state and federal courts in Colorado and throughout the country. His practice primarily focuses on helping clients who have suffered catastrophic injuries.

Greg has broad experience in a variety of cases, including traumatic brain injury and other catastrophic injuries, class actions, product liability, consumer protection, real estate, and business disputes. He has helped clients in cases involving various industries, such as commercial trucking, nursing homes and assisted living facilities, medicine, pharmaceuticals and medical devices, telecommunications, sports and entertainment, hemp and CBD, and financial services. He has worked closely with key scientific and medical experts from fields such as neurology, embryology, cardiology, urology, genetics, epidemiology, and statistics. Each case is unique, and Greg excels at learning and mastering the specific issues of each case.

Greg has assisted clients across the country in seeking justice for injuries caused by defective products. He was an important member of the trial teams for a number of bellwether trials in the birth defect and polypropylene mesh mass tort litigations. He has represented families regarding birth defect injuries caused by selective serotonin reuptake inhibitor antidepressants (SSRIs) and anticonvulsant medications. He has represented women and men injured by the implantation of polypropylene mesh, metal on metal hip implants, and inferior vena cava filter implants (IVC).

Assisted clients in investigating and resolving claims regarding violations of the Americans with Disability Act (ADA)

Assisted employees in obtaining unpaid commission and compensation under Colorado Wage Claim Act (CWCA)
