Ward attributes much of his success to the struggles he and his wife have overcome. “When we started in 2012, it was just the two of us with a foldout table and a laptop,” Ward reminisced. “We were crammed into a small interior office. We had very little money, very limited equipment, and no staff.” Driven to overcome their struggles, the firm has grown from two employees to over 200 team members worldwide, including 80 offshore team members in Honduras, Bolivia, Brazil, Spain, Panama, Colombia, Chile, India, the Philippines, Ecuador, Nicaragua, Peru, Argentina, and the Netherlands. In Ward's words, "We're just getting started."
