Mr. Dyer is very closed minded and a poor communicator. I have seen several situations where simple courtesy and common sense could have defused a situation, and instead he was stubborn, close minded and in my opinion wrong He refuses to see the other side of an issue.. These incidents did not involve me.He has been a lawyer for a long time and I believe he knows the subject matter, and I gave him 4 and 5 in those areas.As to ethics and the AV Standard, I do not think he makes the cut.
