Biography

Gregory G. Vail is a partner of the Firm in the Landlord/Tenant division. He has specialized in all facets of landlord/tenant litigation since 1991. In addition to his broad experience in prosecuting residential non-payment and holdover proceedings, Greg is regularly involved in the defense of HP proceedings as well as the conducting of administrative hearings before the Department of Housing Preservation and Development.

Mr. Vail has been a partner of the Firm since 1998 and regularly represents clients such as the Trustees of Columbia University, Grenadier Realty Corporation and Glenwood Management Corporation.
