Gregory J. Pagano

Gregory J. Pagano has practiced law for 30 years, representing clients in Pennsylvania and across the United States, including in New York, Ohio, Maryland, and Florida. He has tried thousands of cases, focusing on high-profile criminal defense matters such as capital murder, RICO, organized crime, and white-collar offenses. Mr. Pagano is also recognized for his involvement in significant civil litigation, including securing large settlements against the City of Philadelphia and other entities for victims of neglect, assault, and wrongful imprisonment.

After earning his Juris Doctor and a master’s degree in business and finance in 1993, Mr. Pagano served as a law clerk to the late Honorable Anthony J. DeFino of the Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas. He gained invaluable experience during this time, observing prominent criminal cases and learning from one of Pennsylvania’s leading trial judges.
