Biography

Greg Wolenberg brings nearly twenty years of extensive real estate, commercial transactional and construction experience to Kotz Sangster. In the course of that work, Greg has served as a strategic legal partner with internal business teams, including projects related to the launch of a vehicle charging network, the establishment and rollout of a new format of retail stores, site acquisition and construction for office and warehouse/distribution locations, and the expansion of manufacturing operations for both new and existing properties. As a member of the firm’s Real Estate practice group, Greg represents both sellers and purchasers of commercial, office, industrial, and residential real estate. Additionally, he works with property developers on land use and entitlement matters. He also collaborates with commercial landlords and tenants on the full life cycle of leases, from the initial negation, to modifications, subleasing and enforcement of rights, through post-termination issues.

Since 2005 Greg has been active with Delta Theta Phi, a professional law fraternity founded in 1900 at Cleveland Law School. He has served as an executive board member for 17 years and more recently as a Past Chancellor. When he isn’t practicing law, Greg serves as both a board member and coach for the Orchard Lake Hockey Association.
