Gregory K. Hardee

I’m a partner at Hardee Scarlett PLLC, where I focus exclusively on family law matters, including divorce, custody, and complex property issues. For the past 16 years, I’ve practiced in Idaho’s Treasure Valley and have helped clients through some of the most stressful transitions of their lives. My wife, Danielle Scarlett, and I started Hardee Scarlett because we wanted a firm built around steady guidance, practical solutions, and genuine support for families facing difficult decisions. I’m also a parent of two adult children, and during their younger years I spent 16 seasons coaching youth football, basketball, and baseball. Those experiences reinforced what I’ve always believed—children are our most valuable resource, and there’s no higher calling than advocating for their best interests. Before becoming an attorney, I earned an undergraduate degree in Civil Engineering and worked as a financial advisor with Merrill Lynch and as a mortgage originator at Countrywide Home Loans. That background helps me handle cases involving custody disputes and complicated financial and property settlements.
